![]() ![]() Oh, there is a tiny difference about 1/2 way thru the part that does dump, but is otherwise identical. I used a file comparing program to see the differences. It dumps - it definitely dumps - but it seems to only dump 1/2 the ROM. I figured the easiest thing would be to verify any dumps with a known ROM I had on hand. Started with a 2716 from a Pac-Man board. It won't auto identify the EPROM I put in. ![]() I have tried the parallel port set to normal, ECP and EPP. Since I have no manual I'm going on best guesses here. ![]() As far as I can tell it's working properly, but I may or may not have a config issue. I have an old Celeron that boots to Win98 DOS. It's an old parallel port reader, and the program only works in DOS. I'm hoping to repair some arcade boards with it, and who knows, maybe I'll find an updumped gem somewhere. The company is now defunct, don't bother trying to find them. I recently bought an EPROM reader - an EZ-EP from M2L Electronics. ![]()
